Refund policy
We founded Sorella with one goal in mind: giving our customers a rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.
We are a small family business and it is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase – we love to send out our fabulous goods!
Please choose carefully when ordering online, if unsure of sizing please email us. If you require an exchange of size you will unfortunately have to cover the cost of postage both ways, please include a return bag in your parcel.
We will gladly offer a credit note or exchange within 10 days of your order being received if:
- You have emailed us to advise that you will be returning the goods and the reason why.
- Goods are returned in the original condition: unworn, unwashed and original tags attached.

- Please note, Sorella does not cover return postage costs. We recommend your return package is insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
- Returns will be approved for an exchange or credit once our team has received the item, and we will promptly notify you via email once your return has been processed.
- We offer a full refund on return of faulty items, if they are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and original tags attached.
- No returns on sale items, jewellery or swimwear (unless faulty); please choose carefully :)
